Stainless UK Ltd - The Company

Stainless UK Ltd is based in Sheffield, the home of Stainless Steel. Since 1991 the company has been manufacturing and stocking stainless steel products for civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and heat and corrosion resistant applications.

Over the years, Stainless UK have grown through investment in machinery, personnel and new premises. During this time, we have built an enviable reputation with our customers for engineering skills, innovation and service.

For the civil engineering and geotechnical industry, Stainless UK carries a full range of rebar, dowel bar, studding and anchor products in grades 304 and 316 stainless steel. A full range accessory products including pattress plates are stocked

Unique amongst Stainless UK products is Grip-Bar, a high strength stainless steel rolled threaded bar for rock anchors, soil nails, masonry and concrete fixing. Grip-Bar has a proven bond strength and unique corrosion resistance. It is easily cut on site without damaging the thread form. A full range of accessory products are available.

For heat and corrosion resistant applications, Stainless UK can manufacture products for oil and gas facilities, furnaces, kilns and refractory's from bar and plate in stainless steel grades 304, 310, 316 and 321 and in nickel alloy Inconel 601 and 625.

Stainless UK have extensive in-house production facilities include bending, punching, shearing, plasma cutting, thread rolling, machining and welding. These allow the manufacture to order, of a wide range of fabricated products such as mesh panels, brackets, angles, ladders, platforms, railing and access covers. Stainless UK is able to provide a bespoke fabricating service to clients drawings and specifications.
