Stainless Steel Brackets and Angles

Stainless UK hold a large stock of standard sheet, plate and angle profile material in both 304 and 316 stainless steel. Utilising our bending, shearing and punching machines, Stainless UK are able to supply angles and brackets manufactured to customer requirements. We can punch holes and slots and are also able to supply serrated pads where required.

 Stainless Steel Masonry Support and Windposts

Stainless UK can manufacture a full range of stainless steel masonry support systems and windposts to customer specifications. Masonry support generally consists of cold formed angle with formed brackets welded to them. Slots in the bracket allow vertical movement. Brackets are supplied with welded serrated pads and washers. Windposts are manufactured from either cold formed angle or channel. The posts are slotted to accommodate fixing ties. Welded base plates and top cleats are used to secure the windposts.

Stainless Steel Cast-in-Anchors

 Stainless UK can fabricate stainless steel cast-in-anchors to customer requirement. With in-house thread rolling, machining, forming and welding, Stainless UK are able to offer custom made products for any situation.

Stainless Steel CAT and Ship Ladders

Stainless UK manufacture stainless steel CAT and ship ladders for industrial applications, normally in accordance with the recommendations given in BS 5395 or in accordance with the relevant Water Authority guidelines. All ladders are made to order and can incorporate safety hoops, in-fills, retractable handrails, grab rails and rest platforms. Ladders are manufactured from solid material and supplied with fixed or adjustable brackets depending on the straightness of the walls.

 Stainless Steel Handrails, Platforms and Walkways

Produced from solid bar, the standard handrail uses 32mm posts and 25mm rails. Flanged ends are provided for bolting to base and walls. Additional fittings can be supplied to accommodate chains or safety bars. Stainless Steel Grates Due to the wide variety of sizes and applications, gratings are produced to order. Typical uses include flooring for the fishing industry.

With bending, shearing and punching capabilities, welding facilities and a machine shop fully equiped for milling, traditional and CNC lathe work, Stainless UK are able to provide a bespoke stainless steel fabrications service.
