Dowel Bar Caps

Rigid PVC tube with polyethylene foam fitted to one end to act as compression filler, which allows for expansion of dowel bars in construction joints.

A 20 mm dowel bar cap will fit over a 20 mm bar.

To suit bar diameters: 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm.

Length: 100 mm.

Dowel Bar Sleeves

A flexible PVC sleeve, closed at one end that pushes over the end of dowel bars quickly and easily to give an efficient way of debonding dowel bars. They can be fitted at anytime to suit the contractor and should cover at least half the length of the bar.

Bar diameter / sleeve length:

12 mm / 450 mm, 16 mm / 300 mm, 20 mm / 300 mm, 25 mm / 300 mm, 32 mm / 375 mm
